Information you choose to provide
When you use the Project Fit assessment, the site collects the information you choose to provide. Depending on your answers, this can include your name, work email, company or product, website, product stage, project needs, current friction, desired outcome, budget, timeframe, and related submission details.
The assessment can also record contextual information such as the page URL, submission time, lead source, and campaign parameters when those parameters are present in the URL. Do not submit passwords, production credentials, private customer data, medical information, financial account information, or other confidential material through the site.
How the information is used
Form responses are transmitted through Framer Forms so Daniel can review the enquiry, assess whether the project is a fit, respond using the email provided, and maintain basic records relating to the request. The information is used to understand and reply to the enquiry, not to make an automated decision about you.
Services involved
The site is built and hosted with Framer. It also loads Google measurement technology for site and advertising performance. Framer and Google may receive technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages visited, and cookie or similar identifier data according to their own policies.
Your privacy requests
To ask what information was received with an enquiry, correct it, or request its deletion, email info@danielandrade.ca. Requests will be handled subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. Updates to these practices will be reflected on this page by changing the date above.
