What to send
A rough explanation of what feels wrong and what needs to happen next is more useful than polished presentation material. Helpful starting points can include a public product link, staging environment, Figma file, Storybook, screenshots, or a short Loom.
Use the Project Fit assessment to choose the closest type of engagement and provide the essential context. Include the current friction, the outcome your team needs, and any timing or budget boundaries you already know. If the right engagement is not clear, choose “Not sure yet”; the assessment is designed to establish a useful next step rather than force an early solution.
What happens next
Daniel reviews each request before replying. If the project appears to be a fit, he will follow up using the work email supplied with the enquiry and recommend the clearest next step. That may be a focused audit, a redesign sprint, embedded product support, or an initial conversation to define the problem more precisely.
